The following documents and literature provide important information about Bishop McNamara High School for viewing, downloading and/or printing. Some of these documents are PDFs (Portable Document Format) and require the latest version of Adobe Reader which you can download free here. Application for Admission

Please use "Apply Online" on the Applicaton Process page. If you are unable to submit through the online process, print this application, complete (print or type all information neatly), and submit to the Admissions Office along with the non-refundable $50.00 application fee and one signed copy of the Record Release Form. An additional copy of the Record Release Form must be submitted to the student's school(s) for records of the last two years.

Evaluation Form 

Print two and have one completed by each of two current teachers of a core subject (Math, English, Science or Social Studies).

HSPT Registration 2013

Go to this Archidiocese of Washington 2013 High School Placement Test website for all information including test dates, locations, and online registration for the HSPT.

St. Joseph Program Application

The St. Joseph Program is designed to provide a positive, Catholic, college-preparatory, educational and social experience for a select group of students with learning differences. Be sure to review all program information and procedures at St. Joseph Program.

Record Release Form for All Students

Please complete two copies of this form. (Print or type.) Send one copy along with the application for admission to BMHS Admissions Office; submit one copy to the current school. All supporting documentation must be received in order for an application to be reviewed. Parents are responsible for the insuring all pertinent records are sent by stated deadlines.
