Alfred "Baby J" Bannister '14 wins National Preps Wrestling Championships at Lehigh University Feb. 21 through 23, and takes the Gerald Leeman Outstanding Wrestler Award. The National Prep Championships determine the overall best prep school in the nation. Alfred Bannister completed an undefeated season by winning his first national private school championship in the 138-pound weight division, and finishing the year 68-0. Baby J, who is ranked No. 5 nationally, beat Blair Seminary (N.J.) junior Walker Dempsey in an 11-3 decision in the final. See video below. Congratulations, Alfred. Great season!
