National Honor Society

 

The National Honor Society is an organization of students who have been selected for membership because they have exhibited excellence in the areas of scholarship, leadership, character and service. Members are required to continue their service to the school and community.

Students Inducted into the National Honor Society

On Wednesday, December 4, Bishop McNamara High School held its annual National Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the Fine Arts Theater.  More than forty students from the junior and senior classes were inducted into the National Honor Society.  

The Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Gwendolyn Boyd, who is the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff at the John's Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.  Dr. Boyd delivered an inspired address to the inductees into the National Honors Society.
