Frontiers of Justice

The mission of the Frontiers of Justice program is to serve the Bishop McNamara community as well as the larger community. Throughout the year, this organization sponsors various service projects such as: tutoring elementary students, serving meals at shelters, and special projects such as the Anti-Death Penalty vigils. Frontiers of Justice welcomes all members of the Bishop McNamara community, students, parents, and teachers to become involved in one or all of the projects. Leadership positions are available.

Frontiers of Justice Persuade Delegate to Vote No on Death Penalty

The Frontiers of Justice met last month with Delegate Jay Walker, a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, to encourage him to support the bill to repeal the death penalty. Mr. Walker admitted that he has traditionally supported the death penalty but was re-thinking things for this bill. In the end, he voted to support the repeal of the death penalty. The club sent Mr. Walker a note to thank him for his support and this is the response from his staff:
